    • Let it go to Netflix, then select 'home' from controller - should come up with Web OS - selected TV. If does not work then use controller to select 'Input device' and select aerial not HDMI
    • As you are in a different country to me I can't comment on cost bit I use a LG sound bar with subwoofer, cost me £230 5 year ago with my old LG tv and it has never let me down. If you look for reviews on any you see that will help determine if suits your needs. As long as it has Optical output, Bluetooth, decent output of sound power you should be OK. Maybe your local outlet have a set up room for you to.try the sound and build quality?
    • Just bought an LG65UR78006LK.AEK when I unpacked there is a protective film only around the outside frame and not across the screen, is this normal ? It appears there is a film across the screen itself but I’m not sure if it protective or part of the screen itself.
    • I have an optical plugged into a hearing aid box. I also have an LG S95QR sound bar plugged into the eARC. Works fine in eARC. When I try to select the optical + TV option for output, it switches over ok for about .5 seconds, then automatically switches back to the eARC output without me doing it. Does anyone know what it might do this? Why can't I change my output if I so choose?
    • If you're having trouble with subtitles on IPTV applications, it could be because the channel or content you're watching doesn't offer them. Subtitles depend on the source, so not all shows or live channels may provide them. You can try using IPTV Smarters, which some users have found supports subtitles for certain content like series, though it may vary depending on your location. Also, check the app settings to see if there's an option to enable subtitles.
    • Have lg TVs. At around 7:45pm two of these just went on to Netflix.    try getting onto other apps but bang back to Netflix on both with touching remote - help please
    • I have read a few comments here about sound bars, but did not see much that is fairly new. We just bought an LG 75qned85t TV and would like to add an external sound bar. The reviews we have read so far are pretty discouraging until you get up over $500 or so. Are there any less expensive ones that will improve the sound significantly? It is a bit disappointing to spend this much on a TV and have sub-par sound. TIA. john
