I'm not sure what will happen if the power goes down during upgrade, but I guess the TV will not work. Therefore I haven't notice that the TV has some sort of Bios or something similar but for sure is not erasing the old OS before fully install the new one. BTW I forgot to mention in my previous post that you can check the status of the update in the menu while updating.1 point
