I am interested in the LG smart TV with webOS, but don't know how many apps are available in the app store. I've contacted with the LG customer support, but they said there is no any specific web page which I can refer to. There are several smart TV OS platforms have been revealed at the CES, such as Android, Tizen, Firefox, The number of apps would be one of the considerations to purchase. Could Someone advise how many apps which for webOS are available in the app store?

I had this problem in April this year on a previous model which thankfully broke and was replaced with a newer model, the LG 42LB650V-ZN This worked fine until about 2 weeks ago - and now any app fails; Netflix, BBC iPlayer, NOW TV, etc - 'Out of memory issue' LG advised solution is to download latest software (version: 04.45.25) and to load that after a factory reset. This is the software already installed, so I haven't tried their 'solution' yet. There are a lot of theories on the cause -but the long and short is that a new software update or patch is required . With a magic remote you can press the 123- input button and change the sound output. This is quicker.

I've seen many reviews saying that Webos enabled TVs can link to Sky TV set top boxes but I can't work out how? I've synced the box , a list of sky channels came up as part of the processs , that's the last I saw of them. Supposedly you can add set top box channels to the new ' my programs' on webos 2, again I can't see anything about this. My TV is 2014 with the new update Any ideas ?!?
