Hi My family quite recently bought a 4k Lg tv (65uf860v) that I believe does 60fps. Its using webos 2.0 so I don't know if that's the problem, but I can't for the love of God get the Youtube app to play 60fps in youtube 60fps videos. It works perfect on my iphone. The tv does 4k videos on youtube but only max 30fps. I have checked on the video info on youtube videos. Can someone please confirm if the app is capable of 60fps or if it is my tv that wont handle that frame rate on youtube. Thank you!

Hi, I have this problem as well. I spoke to amazon and they since an app update on 2/12 these crashes have been reported and they are working on it with LG. I was rec commended and tried the factory reset and this did indeed work. However, you then lose all the settings you've so painstakingly set up. I spoke to them when it happened again after about 2 days and they deregistered and renewed the tv licenses at their end and it started working again. I suggest you try those options until a fix is issued :-)
