For all those who bemoan the lack of support from LG when things do not work as expected the following article makes interesting reading: https://www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2019/01/smart-tvs-are-dumb/581059/ Personally I have worked in the tech world long enough to already have realised all the points made by the author and have adjusted my expectations accordingly (not just with my LG Smart TV but many other products).1 point
