I have been trying to downloading Aptoide TV on my LG smart Tv but keep showing File downloading not supported.. My goal is how I can get zoom conference app running on my Smart Tv. Please help!!!

What you want is not possible. VLC only implements the DLNA media renderer service, the TV unfortunately also does the same. VLC does work with googlecast but not with miracast and for most likely legal/licensing reasons webos does not have support for Chromecast. The TV searches and it wants to find a server but VLC is not a server. Also on UPNP and DLNA they are often used together or interchanged because DLNA uses UPNP but only on the local network. Most routers disable UPNP by default for security reasons and Dlna still works on the LAN.

@Francesco Gaetani Most browser offered for use as the "built in" browser "app" in most smart TV's (including LG), are very basic, do not contain all the features and goodies that are in mainstream PC browsers (like Firefox, and Edge etc). So, you will find many things that do not work, and many items that will not load or play. The other issue is that the browser apps RARELY get updated on smart TV's, so often fall very behind current browser technologies. Because smart TV's have a browser, and "apps" many owners think they are like a PC, but it is like comparing chalk and cheese. It my sound very "clunky" but your best method is to use you laptop, and cast the video to your TV.
