  2. I have installed the latest version and everything seems to be working fine. After the update I had to register the player again at Plex website.
  3. If you want to downgrade your firmware, there are topics on this forum with the instructions. However, you cannot install different generation of WebOS. For example, if you have version 2.0, you cannot install neither 1.0 nor 3.0.
  4. 1. The easiest way to do this is to export the channel list to USB, rename and sort them in ChanSort application, and import the list back to the TV.
  5. You might need some casting receiver like Chromecast.
  6. It might be something related to HDMI CEC option. If there is such an option in cable box setup, try to turn it off.

  13. I do not have this model of TV, but you may look for an option in accessibility submenu that allows multiple audio output.   14. I have UH8507 and the available internal storage is 0.11/0.62 GB. However, if I go to LG Content Store and click on some application, it says that the available internal storage is 463/631 MB.
  15. In that case it is a WebOS 3.0 revision. To the best of my knowledge it will not be upgraded to 3.5 or higher. I think it is due to hardware differences between the chipsets.

  17. UH TVs have WebOS 3.0. You cannot upgrade it to any higher version.
  18. Try to change WiFi channel. The best option is to temporarily run a LAN cable to your TV, so you can check whether the problem is related to the WiFi connection or your ISP.
  19. According to LG Platform Finder, your TV has Netcast 3.0 platform. WebOS 1.0 was introduced in 2014, 2.0 in 2015, and so on.
  20. You should leave the description of the problem, together with the solution. Somebody else might have the same problem.
  21. Did you try to unplug the Ethernet cable?
  22. If there is iFlix app for WebOS, then you may install it. You should check with iFlix.
  23. It works for me either with the magic remote or with an old IR remote. WebOS 3.0.
