  1. Hi @michaelmulvihill Sadly unless Mobdro write a webOS compatible app it is not going to be possible to run it on LG's platform.
  2. Hi @ES18 Sadly there will not be a new version available on the net to install via USB, as if there was a newer install it would be available through the store. May be raising a complaint with Netfilx in the US might be another route to try.
  3. It's not trigonometry either. My cat is blue.
  4. If you want a Sony LIV app then you need to start bugging Sony directly.
  5. Yes, but you are not going to find it with LG. Or, Samsung, TLC, Philips etc. Elegance like perfection is unobtainable.
  6. As long as you realize it is a User-to-User forum, needs to be pointed out as a lot of members do not. Perhaps we need a rhetorical tag.
  7. Hi @cpatafio Are you watching YouTube via the app or webpage?
  8. Hi @Vishnu Reddy No unfortunately not, that is because this a User-to-User forum. If you want an app for a particular service you need to contact that content provider directly, in the case of Wynk try this page: https://wynk.in/corporate/contact.html
  9. webOS (dependent on version) does have the ability to have apps support webcams: https://webostv.developer.lge.com/api/webos-service-api/camera/ That said whether the kernel has the USB Video Class (UVC) drivers baked in to the kernel is a different matter. Then you have to find an app on webOS that supports a webcam. Facebook Portal anyone?
  10. It is unlikely that your TV will ever receive these apps as it is running webOS 2 which most content providers will not support.
  11. Hi @wayne sharratt Well if you can convince Google to compile a version of Chrome for webOS that would be great, of course it will probably just end up crashing the TV due to bad memory usage. Websites need to be written to recognize the browser using their site, one size does not fit all in the World Wide Web. When a site proudly tells you the browser is out of date it is because it has not correctly identified the webOS platform, it has done a check for WebKit which many browsers are based on, but has not correctly identified the actual browser. PLUS THERE IS NO NEED TO SHOUT, this being a User-to-User forum the other members can only do so much, and I doubt anyone is going to take the time to create a browser that really suits you.
  12. Unfortunately I doubt that HOTSTAR the creators of the webOS app actually frequent this User-to-User forum, so you would be better off contacting their customer support.
  13. Sounds like a physical fault, a picture would paint a thousand words. Is the TV under warrany?
  14. Hi @KARUPPASAMY KANNAN If you are developing your own apps for the webOS platform you may wish to sign up to the LG Developers platform: https://developer.lge.com/main/Intro.dev
  15. Hi @SIMADAYZ Currently, there is no webOS 5, you are most likely referring to the software not OS/firmware version.
  16. Hi @ES18 Unfortunately as Netflix produce the app for the webOS platform it would be best to contact their customer support team to see if they plan a fix/upgrade.
  17. Hi @Kabir walia Check with Zee5 customer support that your region and specific model of TV has the app available.
  18. LG never answer questions on this User-to-User forum.
  19. Hi @Manjali You need to check the model number/webOS version is supported by the Zee5 app, to do this you would need to contact their customer support.
  20. Hi @Omar Haddad Here are a couple of YouTube videos on installing from the LG Store: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sr5RN4FLsA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4Nl-Yq_DVc
  21. Adobe dropped support for all Smart TVs several years ago, and are completely discontinuing development of Flash at the end of 2020: https://www.theverge.com/2017/7/25/16026236/adobe-flash-end-of-support-2020 Sites that are still using Flash are only doing so because they have yet to embrace the HTML5 revolution that has been around nearly ten years, sadly they are basically too lazy to change/will not spend the money to update. The best thing is to complain to Zee5, it worked with HOTSTAR who not only upgraded their site to work with the webOS browser, but they also developed and released an app for the platform.
  22. Hi @Ram Kancharla Your TV is running webOS 2.0 and I believe that all content providers you detail are only supporting from 3/3.5 onwards. The best thing you could do is to purchase an external device, i.e. ROKU, Fire TV Stick to get the latest channels.
  23. Hi @TamiL2020 Was the update to the OS or the browser itself? Website need to be written to recognize specific browsers, it may be that the site needs updating to be able to steam to webOS which does have specific standards that may not be understood by the church's site.
  24. In the first instance contact both content providers and ask them if your model of TV is supported by their apps.
