    It never will be. This is LG's way of forcing you to upgrade. I got trapped with this. After buying a AUD10,000 TV I then found its software would no longer be upgraded. Pretty pathetic really.

    I have the same problem, but with a different LG TV and with a Denon AVR. It is very intermittent, but quite loud and alarming when it happens.

    Same here, except it works fine with my Windows 10 mobile phone!?

    None of these suggestions work for me unfortunately. My Surface Pro and LG TV see each other and attempt to connect but don't succeed.
