@td47 Thank you so much for your comment, actually im from Egypt not uk , so far what i understand that this issue is a manufacturer fault . I tried to send an Email for LG Egypt however they replied back that they are sorry for what happened !!!!. I'll ask them to change it as it's not my fault.
