just found the solution - the account was logged out... need to re-login from account management in settings.

Any solution? I'm facing the same issue...no voice command working suddenly whereas everything was fine till 10 days back. Tried a few things (including setting the timezone), but no luck. Even got a new remote, just be sure that it's not a remote mic issue, but even with a new remote its the same. need urgent support.

Unable to watch highlights, gets blocked in buffering after 9 or 10 sec of start on the app.

Unfortunately thr browser in webos is also very basic and doesn't support all media forms. No option to download chrome, Firefox or opera kind of advance browsers. LG needs to think about it too.
