I called the LG local service and made a servise request. When they came home they only opened the back of the television and clean and fixed the sockets. It means there was a socket cable that was wrapped. They opened it and flattened it. My problem resolved my TV is working properly and they didn't make any FW downgrade. My firmvire version is 05.80.15 Ithink you need to call your local LG service and tell them my story 🙂
