Let it go to Netflix, then select 'home' from controller - should come up with Web OS - selected TV. If does not work then use controller to select 'Input device' and select aerial not HDMI

Sorry but don't know if eARC port being used but I have no problem in using wireless headphones which are automatically picked by TV and paired. I only have to confirm switch to their use.

Shame you are so far away - I have a magic remote left over from previous LG TV you could have had if you were more local. Sorry.
