  1. Hi Packard8! In this tech world, it's mostly about trial and error. That's how I solved my problem. It sounds like your proposal with the bluetooth adapter could lead to success. I can't give you any other advice. /hans peter
  2. The answer to my question: 1) Press Gear on the remote control 2) Move to three dots "All settings" 3) Press OK 4) Move to Sound 5) Press OK 6) Move to Sound out 7) Press OK 8)Turn on the power in the headphones 9) Move to Device selection 10) Press OK 11) Highlight the found headphone 12) Leave settings Now, when you turn on the power in the headphones, the sound will be there, but not in the TV. If you turn off the power in the headphones, the sound is no longer there, but only in the TV. /hans peter
  3. Previously, my TV (LG32LM6300PLA) worked so that when I turned Power on in my headphones, I got the message Pairing followed by Connected. At the same time I got a button on the screen named Connected (so far I remember) and when I clicked OK on it with my remote control I got rthe sound in my headphones and it disappeard in the TV-set. When I shut off the power in my headphones the sound disappears in them and is back in the TV-set. Remaining at Settings the soundshift works, i.e. when I turn on the power on the headphones I get sound in them and when I turn the power off it disappears in them and I have it back in the TV instead. But when I leave Settings for watching TV this setting disappears. What am I doing wrong ? /hans peter
  4. I have an LG32LM6300PLA Smart TV from 2021. I have SVT Play in the browser. How do I get it down to Home (the app bar at the bottom of the screen) so I can choose it there? /hans peter
  5. . Now I have the groundversion of the homescreen when i press the Home-button. Thank you, davexnet, you have taught me more in a few hours than I did by myself since I bought the TV for several years ago. /hans peter
  6. Thanks, davexnet, for a nice try. However, a change there did not help. Instead, I found the following in the manual: The home screen will appear automatically when the TV is turned on. If you don't want the home screen to appear, go to Settings > General > Additional settings > Home settings to Off. So I did and my quoted wish was fulfilled. 😀 However, I have lost the ability to select apps. 🤥 The search for the perfect solution continues. /hans peter
  7. After the latest update, I'm not happy with how the TV behaves when I turn it on. 1) When I turn off the TV with on/off on the remote control firts and after that disconnect the power, the TV starts up at newstart with the last seen program, the remote control does not work. It goes after a while into black and restarts than with this image. 2) If I turn it off instead by unplugging the power first, it boots up with last viewed program and the remote works as usual. Is it possible to go back to the previous update or where/how can I influence what appearance my TV picture should have when I start the it? I want my TV to start (preferably) with the previous program, but in any case so that the remote control works immediately. /hans peter
  8. 1) Start the program you want to watch 2) Press the down button on the remote control to bring up the timeline. 3) Press the up button 4) Select language or OFF /hans peter
  9. How do you activate subtitles on SVT Play on a LG 50NANO756PR? Or have I to find a timeline first? How do I handle this? K.r. /hans peter
  10. I received this explanation from LG Electronics. In short, CMore's website does not support our browser and therefore it is not possible to log in and stream via it. Unfortunately, the browser in the TV is not fully adapted for streaming, and many streaming websites are not adapted for our browser. There's not much we at LG can do about it. For streaming, we always refer instead to the apps that are available to download or are pre-installed. To download apps, you can then do it via the home screen and then among the apps select "Apps" and then there in the app store, you can then search for the app. If you have experienced that it has worked before, it is because all the data storage was not there before and in the long run this causes an overload the more you stream. If you are missing apps from the range, it is because the company or service provider has not chosen to develop an app for our platform. If you have comments on this, I recommend that you contact the respective company and draw attention to your dissatisfaction about this and hopefully push for them to develop an app in the future. LG Electronics Norden obviously also works to get the companies to develop the most requested services/apps for our platform. Currently, I personally recommend getting a Chromecast, Apple TV or hooking up a computer for a wider range of streaming and service /hans peter
  11. I get this message when trying to log in too the CMore-site from my smart-TV LG 32LM6300PLA with the programversion 05.30.11: An error occured, please make shure your browser is updated to the latest version and try again. We support recent versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge. If you still experience problems accessing the site using a recent browser please contact support for TV & Play. Who is We and who is support for TV & Play? Has anyone an idea of what I have to do? Either with the TV itself, its webOS-browser or perhaps with the site CMore? Or can lead me in the right direction? /hans peter
