Update 05.60.15 Lg49UH850V.ZA cannot connect to WiFi switch will not turn on sometimes cannot use screen share Bluetooth dropouts WiFi will not connect after this update.reset TV several times of no avail Anybody any ideas

Go to settings click on general then about you will see automatic update click on that make sure you are connected to internet

Bose Bluetooth headphones allow 2 devices via the app so you can coñnect smart phone and LG TV can your headphones do same? The other way is try 3.5 plug in Bluetooth adapter in your LG TV sold by eBay or Amazon see if you have same problem. I can say my lg49uh850v keeps dropping Bluetooth connection hence I use Bose app but no distortion issues Maybe something in your house something is affecting Bluetooth connection

I have lg49uh850v payed 999£ from Currys 2016 since last update 05.60.15 I can't even get WiFi it just keeps searching for my hotspot nothing works hard reset soft reset screen share etc nothing.lg support sends you round in circles I agree with all of the above comments never again LG I use fire stick for apps.perfect no problems at all.its all true the above comments.crap software there is no way to uninstall the updates even on hard reset which should take it back to the original default.picture 3d and sound fantastic but no internet Why did I pay all that money for a smart tv.i don't have broadband I use my mobile hotspot works a treat on fire stick no buffering or loss of picture I am furious with LG this has been going on for 2 years trying to get support watching YouTube videos on LG TV tips but of no avail WiFi doesn't even show other networks in the neighborhood as it did before this update in 2021 June Anybody got any tips apart from don't buy LG again
