I did a search on my apps for 7plus but all I get is iTunes videos, not the app. What’s wrong?

The version of NineNow on my tv is out of date and simply will not work. How do I get the latest version of this app? Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I still don’t get the latest version. Seems no way to search for an update.
