There should be a general settings section in the settings. Which version of Smarters Player IPTV do you have? Are you watching it on TV or something else?

I had the same problem. Go to the menu where you can go to Live Tv, Movies, Series etc. So when you’re in the main hub of Smarters IpTv go to settings. Then go to General Settings and activate the active subtitles. Make sure u save the changes beneath. If it dont work after this, then its probably up to your iptv service.
