How to set the default audio out?

Hello I have a completely opposite problem. I change the default output settings to TV speakers. After turning TV off and on again, the audio switches to hdmi arc by default, because there is a connection with WIIM AMP there. What do I do to have TV speakers by default, and switch to hdmi arc manually? Please help.
