My new 24 inch LG TV will not update software and will not d/l the user agreements. I have tried every trick I can fond on line, multiple times, to no avail. Can I assume to issue is somewhere in the internet system in my apartment complex? btw, is LG the only TV manufacturer that treats its customers like afterthoughts?
