So my TV is a:
LG - 65" Class C4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TVLG - 65" Class C4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV.
We have 400 mbs Spectrum. Router is Asus RT-AX86U Pro. The phone app diagnosis is port 1 (TV) is at 100mbs.
Rolled ports same thing. All speed test results are >450mbs on all devices other than the TV.
Shared this with customer support. His final answer is that the MoBo in the TV is the limitation factor. I asked him about firmware updates. Reply, I'll pass this on to the 'team'.
Used a Ethernet to USB dongle, TV did not even recognize it. Set WiFi to either channel, 2.4 and 5g and ran test on each channel compared to Ethernet cable connection.
Results all three tests came in at 92.48 Mbs-ish. Ookla Speed test was used for consistency.
So looks like the TV is the choke point.
