  1. 1. For well over a year the Antenna Channel Guide has been incomplete. Is there a way to manually update the guide? The Prime app has suffered from two problems: 2. No subtitle option on movies, fixed by app uninstall/reinstall. Is there an easier fix? 3. 4K movies downgrade to SDR or SD momentarily, app uninstall/reinstall did NOT fix this? TV software is upto date. Internet speed is good. Cache has been cleared by power disconnect/reconnect. I have not tried Reset To Original settings, will that wipe out antenna channel & HDMI input name customizations? Thanks.
