Ok I did found the solution for it: 1) unzip the files 2) place the files into a folder (on the root) - name the folder: LG_DTV 3) Click "General" -> about LG -> search for updates ..how your TV will search the web abd ALSO your USB stick I now got version 4.00.45 up and running

I have this LG TV and having a problem with my WIFI connection. To solve this I have the latest WebOS 2.0 software on a USB stick - How do I upgrade it via the stick?
