Hi Since LG has problems upgrading the OS because of hardware restrictions. A hardware upgrade option like a TV box / Multimedia center with magic remote functionality might be the solution. Magic remote connected from TV by USB to the Box. Might be a solution vs customer expectations / loyalty. (Amazon Fire TV) still needs Magic remote connectability. René
