I installed Firmaware v4.00.13, by changing to South Africa Service country on my 47LB630V-ZA, but I am in Norway. everything work well.

try to update to new Firmware update if available. I have installed v4.00.13 by changing to South Africa service country. but I am in Norway and I don't have any problem playing HTML 5 Videos on my 47LB630V.
