Do you know the specifications needed? Yes I tried to contract them they just said that it is wierd and that it should have worked! I was going to try with another hhd but currently I don't have another one in hand!

Even I was unable to use the timemachine feature! I cinnected a 120gb hdd. Any help is apriciated!
