Hi everyone, I'm interested in the OLED BX. I would like to know if it is compatible with a 5TB HDD (to be connected and fed through one of the TV USB port). LG manuals recommend to connect up to 2TB storage HDDs but don't really state that higher capacity devices are not expected to work. Then, I'm not sure how are things with DTS support. It seems that DTS decoding is no longer supported on the 2020 tv sets. But LG web page (updated 08/22/2020) titled "Support Video Playback File Type & Codec" still claims that "TV supports DTS audio codec when USB/HDMI video file playback offers it". Can any of you shed some light on these ones? Thank you so much.

Hey guys. TL;DR How do I save screen captures to an external HDD? I am new here. I recently bought an LG 43UJ6307, webOS 3.5. More than happy with it, except for the fact that there is literally nowhere to find accurate information. The TV has the screen capture feature and automatically saves the capture in the internal storage. I e-mailed LG to ask how to copy it from the internal storage to the external storage and they said it is not possible. Although, they said I can choose where I save the screen captures (on an external support or internal storage). My question is: How do I do this? How do I choose to save the screen captures to my external HDD of flash drive? Thanks very much.

Wonder if anyone might be able to suggest a suitable USB Hard Disk Drive for my LG 43UJ630V 43 inch 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart LED TV (2017 Model) I did ask LG support about why these TV's cannot record properly to USB Flash Drives and they just said it doesn't work - not what they advertise is it? They informed me the recording will work with USB Hard Drive but did not suggest any suitable models which given the TV's seot em to be using USB 2.0 and all available USB HDD now are at least USB 3.0 I would appreciate informed suggestions as to compatible models. The two I suggested to LG support were these which they state are not compatible. - Toshiba Canvio Basics 1TB Portable External Hard Drive 2.5 Inch USB 3.0, HDTB310EK3AA - Seagate Expansion 1 TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 inch So which models are compatible and why are LG using slow, years out of date, USB 2.0 in 2017anyway?

I am using LG 43UH650T and updated to the latest software. When I connect my WD HDD having 2 partitions to the TV, it is detecting only one partition and not able to access the other partition. I was using Samsung Series 5 LCD TV from 2010 onwards and in that TV there is an an option to change device which was easy to switch the partitions. Please advice me to solve this in LG TV.

When browsing titles on my external HDD, the font is white and rather small. The result is very hard to read. Is there any way to change this to perhaps a black font?
