Why LG 43UF680T UHD doesn't have TRUMOTION? PH

Guys! Please help im having a problem with my TV 43UF680T my country(PH) the LG support/technical said that this model doesn't have a TRUMOTION feature here in our country is that possible? even they have same in specs and hardware? i don't get it is it because of the software i need to update? I'm thinking update via manual using the SW of other country will resolve my problem. please guys i need your expertise and your idea about this?
