When I open the DSTV Now app on my lg tv I get the error “We’re sorry Something went wrong. Please try again.” I have re installed the app, checked for firmware updates and even reset TV but the error keeps on appearing. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it a tv issue or is it the app which is faulty?

Hi There I have an LG webOS TV UN7100PVA, and from the LG apps cannot find the DSTV NOW. how can I download this app as I need this application -
MultiChoice has launched a DStv Now app for LG smart TVs. The majority of LG TVs from 2017 and 2018 running webOS 3.5 and 4.0 are supported. The announcement follows the recent launch of DStv Now apps for Samsung smart TVs, Apple TV, and Android TV media players.
