Hi, I have a few months with an LG OLED C3 and tis week started to turn on different. I'm aware that the Web OS logo appear when the TV install an update but that logo has a power outlet underneath and everytime I turn on the TV it's just the Web OS logo and my homepage takes like two seconds to load the order of my apps. Is this normal? English is not my first language so sorry if it's hard to understand. 20240516_183105.mp4

I can't connect my google home hub to my smart tv(UK6360PTE) don't say, it doesn't support it because it has an inbuilt Google assistant and also the model no is mentioned on the LG website containing the list of supported models. It's a 2018 model. The app named "connect tv to Google assistant" is missing from the home screen. I tried to be over smart (LOL) and asked the voice command for the app it said opening the "connect tv to Google assistant" app and redirected me to the app store but it said not available. HELP ME... -

Desde hace más de una hora me he dado cuenta de mi casualidad, mi hijita, el piso se controla y se maneja esa ventada donde se ingresa la contraseña, eh visto todo los tutoriales y los manuales de LG, pero no me ayudaron cada vez que trato de apretar en mi control configuración remota o la configuración de la casa me aparece esa ventana no puedo hacer nada porque yo aparece esa ventana porfavor alguien que me ayude no se que hacer .

I keep getting the message “This app will now close restart to free up more memory” i have tried deleting some apps on it, I also deleted some of my saved programs on my external hard drive! I tried turning it on and off after each of these processes any ideas it’s driving me crazy am unwell just want to snuggle in front tv and watch favourite programs on my favourite apps! please, please help! -
How do i install android apps from google playstore on this tv. I keep getting file not supported message. thanks John
