Hi, Prime and hotstar are becoming widely used in India past one year.Its so sad to see 49LH576T doesn't have these apps in content store. Please can some one from the technology team of LG answer this question why it has not yet been done and when will you accommodate these apps in your store. Cheers Raghav

If you have WebOS 3.5 or above and a supported TV, you should be able to find it in the store. For device specific compatibility details, please contact LG support. Latest comment by @hotstartweets We do support the OS version you have mentioned. For device compatibility you will have to contact LG support, as there is very less that we can do in this case. Manish, we developed the app and it is available for all our LG TVs with WebOS 3.5 and above, so if there is a TV which is not showcasing the app, it is a compatibility issue from the device manufacturer, and how much we try to help you with this it wont help, as it is a device related issue.

I am located in India and looking for Hotstar in 43UF770T model LG TV. When can we expect it?

Hi I see issue with opening premium content video on Hotstar and Zee 5 app in india. All other things work fine but issue only appears for premium content videos. I suspect us this an issue with LG tv itself because both have similar issue. I have raised the issue with both hotstar and zee support. Is there any way to reachout and raise a support ticket with LG on this issue.

I am owning a lg43uh610T and this doesn't seem to have hotstar app. Latest update I have is 5.30.55 version. Will this model is pending roll out for web os support for hotstar??
