Why don't I see the Spotify app on LG smart TV

I have a LG TV model: 47LB652V-ZA, webOS version 1.4.0-2523 (afro-ashley). Why isn't Spotify supported for this TV if its from 2014 and it says that devices from 2013 and onwards will be supported -
Hi, I have LG 42LB670V TV this tv have Magic Remote controller the controller have microphone. When I run skype app say's need microphone or camera. Question Can i use somehow controller for skype. Voice search working with Magic remote controller. Thanks.

There are numerous articles that have popped up stating that LG plans to go full force and have all its TVs powered by webOS in 2015. In addition, LG plans to release an updated version of webOS as well. Sounds like LG is going "all in". Ahead of CES, the image below of the new LG webos TV was leaked on twitter by @evleaks. The image shows May 15th...which is something to think about and the cards interface is a change from the traditional phone/tablet layout. We'll see....
