The replacement remote for our lg tv (65uq7070zue) stopped working yesterday while i have kids home on winter break. I ordered a voice magic but even though i checked the specs several times and made sure the model number was specifically mentioned it won't pair and lg says it's the wrong remote. I stupidly reset the tv during this not thinking that it would totally unpair the tv from my phone remote app and it's now stuck on press the wheel/ok screen. I've ordered a lg brand remote but it'll be a couple days and it was supposed to be our movie day. Is there any way to switch the hdmi with it stuck on this screen so we can use the fire stick or playstation? Two universal remotes, one specific to lg tvs, have failed to accomplish anything as well.

My magic remote and my Roku remote stopped working for turning off power so I performed a factory reset after troubleshooting to get the remote working. I am now stuck at the 1st screen of the Factory Reset which says "Press the OK Button(wheel) on your remote." Well... this really stinks because the remote doesn't work!!! I have tried a USB mouse, a new magic remote, other LG Remotes with no luck. I have also tried using the button on the bottom of the tv. And, I contacted support which was just an exercise in redoing everything I had already tried... No Luck!!
This is a Nano Cell 55NANO81ANA which is basically just a big brick now since I cannot even use any of the inputs. Does anyone have a trick for getting past this initial screen???
Thanks for the help.

Hey everyone,
I have had LG TV for just two years. Last weekend, when I turned it on, it showed a blank white screen but was still illuminated, with sound working. No LG logo or image appeared. I unplugged the TV and held the power button for 30 seconds while it was unplugged, and the screen issue fixed the issue for a week[url=https://whitescreen.vip/
].[/url]
However, the same white screen problem has now returned, and the power reset trick no longer works.
Should I contact a local TV repair technician or reach out to LG customer support first? Any advice?

Hi, I have a few months with an LG OLED C3 and tis week started to turn on different.
I'm aware that the Web OS logo appear when the TV install an update but that logo has a power outlet underneath and everytime I turn on the TV it's just the Web OS logo and my homepage takes like two seconds to load the order of my apps.
Is this normal? English is not my first language so sorry if it's hard to understand.

Hey everyone, I've been using my LG WebOS TV for some time now, and there's a small but impactful change I'd love to see. Currently, when the TV is turned on without an HDMI input, it defaults to displaying a wallpaper. It's not aesthetically pleasing, it's a bit of an inconvenience for users like me who primarily use the TV's smart features. My suggestion is to include an option that allows the TV to boot directly into the Home screen, displaying all the available apps and streaming options right away. This would streamline the user experience, making it faster and easier to access the services we use most.Would love to hear the community's thoughts on this. Cheers!
