Even me I have asked question but nothing zilch, zit. So we buy but nil zit, zero help from you Product such as TV's are limited use and life. Playback support and updates are really bad (Only bare minimum support in TV's) Seriously this does not make people like me want to purchase your products again I am seriously looking at other makers to purchase It is a shame because you have such a great product Yes I am NOT happy 1 Quote

We want the ability to turn on and off the mouse pointer and they give us a stupid way of doing it. We want it permanently off not every time we gotta see it. If the solution they post is the only solution or is the best solution then the problem is the designers of the software, not the support person trying to help. I agree that it is frustrating that the magic remote does not work as well as they want it to and that they do not provide the option to turn it off.
