Hi everyone,
Since the last OS SW update for webOS 23.2050 for my OLED LG TV 65C3 I have noticed a weird problem where the TV randomly shuts down by itself while watching TV, Netflix, YouTube … I couldn’t find a pattern when and how this happens it seems to behave like this randomly. I
t’s like.a SW crash behaviour memory leak or something (just an assumption).
I mention this is not the energy saving auto power off feature.
Have you guys encountered such issue?

LG Smart TV Youtube all of sudden lost its quality. For first few months it was working fine but after 3 months it lost its quality. It is coming up with black background. I have reset youtube app also but nothing working for me.

Hi!
My TV turns itself off suddenly and then turns on after a while (several minutes) when I'm watching, for example, a movie in its relatively noisy or sound effects-heavy part. When connecting external sound speakers, this problem does not occur.
TV software has been updated, the latest version. There are no other external devices connected to the TV, no problems with electricity/. What could be causing the problem and how can it be fixed? Thank you.
