Requesting help on DLNA issue and WebOS apps

Hi Good Morning to all,

 

And sorry for being a Novoice and asking any repeated questions

 

I have recently purchased 55UB850T in India

 

I also have a Chinese made EDUP DLNA server connected with 1 TB HDD

 

My old Sony Blu Ray player lists all the videos, movies Audio, images

 

However my new LG 4K TV does not list any video stored on this DLNA server. It shows only Audio Files and Images

 

Kindly help, don't know if its known issue

 

 

Also there are not much apps or content in India specific 55UB850T. Can I install webos apps from USB or can I install any other country specific firmware which give me more option

 

Thanks in advance!!! and I will post the exact firmware version on my tv later

      Sky News stopped working after the webOS update

      webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
      I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
      Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

      As the title say, it is unfortunate that we cannot have access in those two apps and as far as I know many ppl waiting for them to be added… Hope to see them soon in webos app list. Thank you in advance.

      New LG 55" C4,  Magic Remote STB setup does not provide for Charter/Spectrum Arius STB model DCX3220? This is a current model STB and previous LG models did provide MR setup for this model.
