Can't get screensaver off

Hi everyone,

 

I just bought a new LG television for a lobby in the company.

It's a 55" LG Smart TV with WebOS.

 

This tv is to show the narrowcasting system. But after a few hours the tv gets in to something like a screensaver.

The narrowcasting is playing with the webbrowser from the installed apps.

 

Does anyone knows how to get the screensaver off?

Hi Everyone!Update has nothing to do. I managed to solve it. Go to general settings and change from STORE MODE to HOME MODE and all the ads will disappear

Are you sure the screen saver is from the TV or from the netcast?  I've never seen the screen saver come on on my TV.  I don't use netcast but I have TV (WebOS 1) on all day with DirecTV.  The screen save from DirectTV come on after 4 hours but never from the TV.  You can verify using different source see if screen save kick in.  If it doesn't then it's definitely from netcast.

Need to start web app on power up and turn off the browser screensaver.

Anyone got a solution for this screensaver issue? I am using online php program to display images in public place. Screensaver cannot be disabled. Is LG provided any support?
