I've just purchased an OLED48 C44 LA which comes with a US 60T soundbar. I've connected the soundbar to the HDMI earc socket. Because my hearing isn't too good I'd like to also have some heaphones plugged into the 3.5mm socket so that both the hdmi earc and 3.5mm socket have sound simultaneously. I've been into accessablity menu and the listen together option doesn't appear to offer both hdmiearc and 3.5 mm simultaneously. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
just to be clear, There is a setting which permits TV speakers plus wired external headphones. I just haven't found a setting which allows HDMI earc soundbar plus wired headphones.

For the past few years I have been using a 2nd generation Apple TV to watch YouTube videos on my LG Smart TV, however as of today Apple have disabled their YouTube app for this particular device.
I presumed I would be able to use a YouTube app on my TV to continue watching videos in this way, after all has anyone ever heard of a Smart TV without a YouTube app? Since most new TVs are smart TVs these days most people I know have one and they all have the capability to play YouTube videos, usually you don't even have to download the app as it is one of the ones that comes pre-installed.
However I cannot find a YouTube app in the LG content store. I've not really tried to install new apps on my TV since getting it so I don't know if I'm looking in the right place, or it is one of those things like with smartphones where there are multiple places you can go and download apps from.
Bizarrely though, despite there being no YouTube app, there is a YouTube kids app, so it's not like LG have never heard of YouTube or anything, they just don't seem to have realised that people other than kids watch videos on it.

Hello, Not sure if you can help, the user manual certainly CAN'T help! When I first setup the monitor, It asked what the default mode will be, I selected PC, and default input HDMI1 I have it connected to a MAC Mini M4 with HDMI cable, every time the Mac Mini goes into sleep mode or I leave for a while, the Monitor Switches off, cannot be woken up by the mac mini by hitting the keyboard or mouse as per normal monitor. I have to power ON the monitor with the remote and manually select HDMI1 to go back to using the Mac Mini I can't find the settings section to check the Default Power on or wake up Mode settings are, the manual does not provide this information. Very annoying!

I’d love to see a new feature in the next software update where the sound mode automatically adjusts based on the app being used. For example, when opening music apps like Apple Music or Spotify, the sound mode could switch to Music Mode, and for streaming apps like Netflix or Prime Video, it could switch to Cinema Mode.This addition would make the user experience so much smoother and more convenient!

Hi,
We currently own 2 LG 42LB630V TV's and are using them to display live system monitoring data from production systems.
Unfortunately some WebOS features (like screen saver on browser app, or random TV shutdowns) are making things not as pleasant as we expected.
Are there any possibilities to re-flash operating system in this particular model?
Basically we require such functions from these TV's:
1. Display a webpage with JS without any interruption (our case: http://www.lgwebos.com/topic/1697-cant-get-screensaver-off/#entry2797)
2. Start up and shutdown on specified time (now the TV's start at 6:00 GMT, stop at 8:00 (for no apparent reason), and stop at 16:03 (intended to stop at this time) )
Now we have a Raspberry Pi connected via split HDMI cable, but this solution renders the monitors only 50% useful, since all display the same page. And no, we have no intent on buying another Raspberry
If possible we would prefer to get rid of Raspberry at all.
