Issue with Info button after update

Info button on the remote is not working after expected after upgrading to 5.00.04.

 

Previously first press on Info button showed a short summary for current program. Second press showed larger info window where you could scroll the text. Third press closed Info panel.

 

After update Info only toggles information panel on/off. When info window contains more information than it fits on screen, I see scroll-bar on right, but there is no way to scroll. Pressing up/down shows info for different programs and left/right shows previous/next program.

 

Am I missing something?

 

I know there are other ways to see full program description by clicking on Programme icon, I just think there should be a way to scroll in Info pane if they show the scroll-bar.

I've found a solution - just use a mouse scroll after you push the info button. Another way is to use a scroll function button inside your mobile app like LG weOS TV Remote for Windows Phone.

      webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
      I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
      Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

      I have an LG OLED TV 2024, and the remote does not have a FAV button. I have saved some favorite OTA channels through the Channel Manager, but I don't know how to access them without a FAV button. Can someone help me with this?

      Hello I have a 2020 LG oled 65 inch tv and I am connected to internet via wifi. I checked connections and they are all good and working. I have standard apps that came with TV installed Netflix, Disney plus ect. And now TV is saying they both need to be updated to have access to those apps. Everytime I go to update and click on update it says the app is not installed so it won't update when I look to make sure app is installed it shows they are.
      I am confused on what's going on and how to update these apps and get access to them again. 
       
      Any help would be greatly appreciated thx

      Immediately following the major LG webOS firmware upgrade last week, our OLED65G2PSA is damaged. A white line appears top to bottom of screen in from the left hand side & the tv either fails to turn on, or shuts itself down shortly after. Has anyone else had this issue & if so, has any update on a solution. (I'm waiting for LG to get it sorted. Waiting ...)

      Apparently, the LG model OLED55CSPUA has an issue with the external device power on/off control. I can configure the IR Bose soundbar well enough, as setup sequence tests it good to control soundbar power. but after exiting the setup, when i press the external device power button on the remote, the TV just wants to cycle through the setup again.  It doesn't toggle soundbar power, just cycles back to the setup.   i have tried factory settings reset and verified that there are no other devices on the TV.
