One channel view in EPG / Associating EPG with channel / EPG cache

1. I'd like to see only listing for one selected channel.

2. Here there are channels broadcast in two versions: SD and HD; for HD for some reason there is no EPG transmitted, but it is transmitted for SD version of the same channel - I'd like to tell my TV, that for this HD channel it should use the EPG listings from SD channel; now, when I want to record HD version of movie/show I need to add this manually

3. EPG cache! Why it has to load every time I use it? It's so simple, save it on HDD and update!
