LG 55UF850T TruMotion Problem

Hello 

 

I bought a new TV LG 55UF850T, the problem is : there is NO TruMotion Option in TV Settings !!

my friend bought one also before 5 months and I checked his TV and I found TruMotion option !

I'm running on firmware 04.00.55

Any help ?

Hi Zuhair, I have the same model and have noticed the very same issue: No TruMotion settings. I am very disappointed that this was was seemingly removed from the firmware by LG.

Do you know which version firmware your friend has on his TV? Maybe we could manually downgrade or something to get the TruMotion option back?

Also, on an unrelated note... Have you been able to find the proper picture settings? I noticed that if I use the settings which they suggest on the AVForums review for the 65UF850T, I get a slightly reddish hue.

Please let me know if you manage to solve either of these conundrums with this TV. It's good for the most part, just these small things that need to be sorted out and then I'd be soooo happy.

I checked my friend model its 55UB NOT 55UF. UF is better. I went to LG to check other TV because I thought just my TV has the problem, but It's not. Also the store TV has the same problem !! I checked the 49,55 there is NO TruMotion. There is TruMotion in 65 only. I told LG service I don't want this TV anymore. And they contact the manager to checl this problem and they still confused about the problem.

I'm still looking for solution.

      I've just purchased an OLED48 C44 LA which comes with a US 60T soundbar. I've connected the soundbar to the HDMI earc socket. Because my hearing isn't too good I'd like to also have some heaphones plugged into the 3.5mm socket so that both the hdmi earc and 3.5mm socket have sound simultaneously. I've been into accessablity menu and the listen together option doesn't appear to offer both hdmiearc and 3.5 mm simultaneously. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
      just to be clear, There is a setting which permits TV speakers plus wired external headphones. I just haven't found a setting which allows HDMI earc soundbar plus wired headphones.

      After Upgrade of WebOS to 3.51 my Hotstar is giving problem. We can open the app and select program but when we select program we get black screen. No streaming is happening.  What is solution?

      I need help, I bought LG Oled 65 C41 LA tv two days ago, tv is working mostly fine, except when I watch LG installed streaming platforms ( Netflix and MAX tested ) tv freezes and after about 10 seconds it restarts. It does not have any pattern as far as I know, sometimes I can watch 20 mins, last two times after six minutes it crashed and restarted automatically. Can someone please help me, how can I resolve this issue? Did someone had sam problems already? Is my tv broken or I can do something to fix it?

      IPTV Applications Subtitle Problem?

      I am using LG WebOS 05.40.20 version. IPTV applications do not show subtitles. Is there any player that can play subtitles?
