Controlling a XBox One with the Magic Remote?

Is it possible to configure the Magic Remote to control a XBox One S? If so, how?

 

I have tried using the device connector feature in WebOS of my 55EF9500. Is this possible?

I tried it. But i think it is not possible, because Xbox One (S) does not support HDMI CEC. If anyone has a solution, please post it here. Thank you!

Does the Magic remote universal remote feature only work the HDMI CEC and not also IR codes?

Really would like it to be able to control my Xbox as watch a lot of video content through it and with the TV pass through.

First Go to Home Dashboard.

Then on the input your xbox is on select the Universal Control Settings Button.

Then select Connecting to new device at the bottom of the screen.

Continue until can select a device (Xbox is listed under Blu-ray/DVD Player).

Select the HDMI linked to.

Then when asks for Manufacture, use search box to search Xbox.

Then test the settings until controls your Power and then should be setup.
