We can't give you Skype, but please check out Tellybean's TV video call app which is now available on LG 2016 and 2017 (WebOS 3.x) TVs. Tellybean uses an Android mobile phone as a wireless webcam (we are working on enabling the same functionality on iOS as well) . Tellybean was awarded as the best Smart TV App at TV Connect in London.

Sorry, LG updated the firmware with WebOS 3.0, i.e. 2016 models, in a way which enabled Tellybean to develop for that  platform. Sorry...

ALT Balaji is now available on LGwebOS.. FYI
