Does YouTube TV app work on LG WebOs TV? It doesn't appear to be listed as an app that can be installed. If not, can it be downloaded?

Thanks.

I have the exact same question, i signed up for the 30 day free trial of YouTube TV and excitedly got home browising the apps in my LG Content store and was unable to find an install link for YouTube TV.  I have all of the others, Youtube, Youtube Kids, hell even Google Play Movies, but not YouTube TV. Do i need to update the firmware on my TV, contact LG, contact Google, are their any homebrew OSs that can be installed or side loaded into my TV?

YouTube TV shows support LG smart TVs (2016 & 2017).  So older TV's are out of luck.  Looks like Roku TV has the best support.  It has virtually all the apps.

Hi All, I just purchased a 75QNED85 and have a question about the ARC function. I have the tv hooked up to an older Denon AVR (2112ci). My cable box (FIOS) is connected to HDMI 1 on the TV. The Denon is connected from its HDMI Out (ARC) port to HDMI 3 on the TV (ARC/eARC). The tv has the ability to configure the Sound Out over HDMI to PCM, Auto or Pass-Through. If I select either Auto or Pass-Through the Denon sort of recognizes it as a Dolby Digital signal but just plays a sort of chirping/clicking sound. If I change the setting to PCM it works, but it only seems to be passing a 2.0 signal as the Denon reverts to a ProLogic surround mode. I didn't try connecting via the optical port because I already have something connected to the Denon's optical input. Anybody have experience with this? Should the PCM setting be able to output a full 5.1, 7.1 signal?

I just purchased the LG UHD 43UP76 advertised as real 4k however the YouTube App is running at 1080p.  Which means 4k content is downsampled to 1080p then reupsampled to fit the 4k pixel grid and the image quality is awful.
i assume WebOS runs at 1080p and simply upscales to 4k on low end 4k TVs, this same with high end TVs??

webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?
