Update to older LG killed off Hulu and YouTube

I noticed on my older LG smart set that there was a new interface to access the apps. It was a pleasant surprise, until I saw the notice that Hulu and YouTube are no longer supported! My newer smart set still has them...The point of getting a smart TV is so we don't have to have an external streaming device!

      Hello I have a 2020 LG oled 65 inch tv and I am connected to internet via wifi. I checked connections and they are all good and working. I have standard apps that came with TV installed Netflix, Disney plus ect. And now TV is saying they both need to be updated to have access to those apps. Everytime I go to update and click on update it says the app is not installed so it won't update when I look to make sure app is installed it shows they are.
      I am confused on what's going on and how to update these apps and get access to them again. 
       
      Any help would be greatly appreciated thx

      YouTube App isn't running in 4k

      I just purchased the LG UHD 43UP76 advertised as real 4k however the YouTube App is running at 1080p.  Which means 4k content is downsampled to 1080p then reupsampled to fit the 4k pixel grid and the image quality is awful.
      i assume WebOS runs at 1080p and simply upscales to 4k on low end 4k TVs, this same with high end TVs??
