User agreement help.

I can’t use any apps like Netflix until I agree to the user agreement. It won’t let me download the agreement I’ve tried numerous times. What can u do to fix this. Thx.

I got my TV yesterday. So I am new to LG TV and WebOS.  I  accepted the agreement without having to download anything. Everything is on the screen. I just has to check all the buttons on the left hand side and high light the agreed button at the bottom and hit OK button.
