I have LG OLED 55C7T TV bought in Dec,2017. 

I have a problem. I'm unable to download  AirtelTv app. what is the way ? May be this app is not supported by Webos of LG smart TV.

Any one tried this app before. Please help me. I called Cust. care but they are dragging the issue saying, that it was referred to their technical Dept. And will revert back. Pls do help

When you say that you are unable to download the app do you mean from the LC Content Store or somewhere else?

      I have recently purchased an LG 55QNED86 television. I am located in Iran. Everything seems to be working fine, but when I click on any of the options, it tells me I must first consent to the LG Smart TV user agreement. However, I then get a message saying "Unable to load user agreements - a server error has occurred ......"

      In India everyone is using Airtel network and Xtream Play as a bundle recharge offer with it!
      LG TV is very good and technically advanced! For this mere reason of not having Airtel Xtream Play App, We Customers, need to switch over to other brands!
      So, it is mandatory and timely, for LG to make Xtream Play available in WebOS TV, otherwise you have to loose your trusted Customers like us!
         Please think twice and Consider!!!

      User agreements won't load, server error

      Hello,
      I regently got the LG 43UF6409 and have been pretty happy with it so far.
      When I tried to open netflix or the LG conten store, it's starting to load the user agreements- those could not be loaded due to a server error(loose translation from german). If I retry to load those, it does not load either.
      I've reset the TV to factory reset and it gives me the same error. It's connected to the wifi, shows me that it is connected to the internet but still won't load the user agreements.
      Also tried to look for software updates (it's 3.20.40)- if I try to look for updates, it could not find any.
