If you don't know  you can't say that exists  and it is obvious that if it isn't shown for anyone means that its not available in the respective country!

Apologies, I thought my first answer was self explanatory.  If something is only available in certain geographical location and it does not appear in the user's content store then logic would dictate that the app is not available in that geographical location.

HBO GO was removed about 2015 and never came back.  Since LG now has the Showtime app, maybe HBO GO will be next.  Or maybe not.  

I didn't wait -- got a Roku 4K box.  Very annoying since my other TV (Sony Android) has every application under the sun.
