To do that you have to reset the TV and configure from beginning, and select the country you wish

Hello, I live in Brazil, my tv is blocked, I can only select the countries of South America. I would like to change the location of TV to USA.

in this case it may be difficult as LG records your IP address and TV mac ID while you are using first time

Not sure the below work around will work , but just try

Do a full reset and try to  connect your TV through a VPN  network  that connected to a USA server.
