"15 minutes"... LOL!

It is very dumb that the only way to reboot LG OLED TV is to unplug the power cord. What if the TV is mounted on the wall (e.g., wallpaper TV) and the outlet is behind the TV?!? I had this problem and the only thing LG customer support was able to suggest is to locate the circuit breaker and toggle the breaker for the circuit that powers the TV... How f'n sad is that?!? On occasion (e.g., when the netflix app becomes unresponsive -- which happens more often than it should), this needs to be done. I am just looking for a quick & easy way to reboot the WebOS. It is a very dumb decision from LG to not have an option to reboot the WebOS using the remote.

      Hello,
I have a UJ701V tv from 2017. I get a random disturbance of the sound and picture and then the tv reboots. I have already removed the back cover and everything looks fine. According the logfile i have to replace the mainboard but i think the problem will stay.

      Hey!

So the other day I started installing a new game on my Xbox, and turned off the TV, leaving the Xbox on. The next I was turning on the TV, and it's a black screen. Using the remote, I get a message saying that "Smart Services will soon be available", just before it reboots (shuts down and automatically turns on again). After that it's stuck in this loop until I remove the power cord.

The things I've tried so far:
Disconnect both HDM-ports and restart Disconnect power cord and re-enter while holding down the power button on the remote Holding down the power button on the remote for 4+ minutes Holding down the power button on the TV (beneath the logo) for 4+ minutes Disconnect power cord for >28 hours and reboot Removed batteries from remote control and reboot Inserted a USB-stick with latest firmware to the TV and rebooted Nothing of this has helped. Any more ideas?
