I subscribe to HBO. I don’t know of a way to get HBO on demand . Also, there’s no way to search out hbo shows. I can use the Prime app to watch Starz, Masterpiece, and Prime. I can get HBO in that but because of some kinda package deal with Comcast, it’s not doable.

bottom line, I’d like an hbo app for my Lg tv

I'd say use the forum search to look at all the previous posts on the subject of HBO, but it appears that it is not working at the moment.

There is, apparently, a HBO app , but its availability is dependant on your region.

Agreed. Frustrating to have to go out and make an additional purchase of a Roku or Apple TV when I just made a big purchase of an LG smart TV.  For others who are not yet in this boat, Samsung does permit the HBO app.

Agreed this is ridiculous, I was sold an LG TV and told specifically it had all available apps and I wouldn't need another streaming device. Turns out, it has nothing, but missing HBO Go especially is pissing me off. Please LG, get it together and add this app.
